CranioSacral Therapy (CST) is a light touch approach that
can create dynamic improvements in your life. It releases tensions
deep in the body to relieve pain and dysfunction and can improve
whole-body health and overall performance.

CST very gently releases tensions in the body, allowing the entire
body to relax and self-correct. Using a gentle touch (about the weight
of a nickel) the CST practitioner evaluates your internal environment.
They can then use distinctive light-touch techniques that release
any restrictions they find.

A typical CST session takes place in a quiet, relaxing and private
setting. You remain fully clothed and relax on a comfortable table.
Your therapist begins by gently touching key points along the body to
monitor the rhythm of the fluid flowing around your nervous system.

What you experience from your session is highly individual. The sessions
are generally deeply relaxing, creating feelings of warmth or gentle
pulsing in the areas of the body being worked on.

CranioSacral Therapy improves the body's ability to take better care of
you. It may relieve a wide spectrum of illnesses and disorders, including:

* Migraines and Headaches
