I am a Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT) and began my
journey in the field of whole body health in the early
1990's in the Bozeman, Montana area, beginning with
classes in massage and acupressure.

My interests have expanded over the years to include energy work,
thus developing an integrated method to my practice. My training
includes certication in the Ingham Method of Reflexology and in
Pre-Natal Massage. I have studied the Emotional Freedom Technique
(EFT) and Integrated Energy Technique (IET), also called "Angel
Therapy". I have completed Levels 1 and 2 in both modalities.

My latest passion is CranioSacral Therapy (CST) and I have completed
multiples levels of training with the Upledger Institute and am
currently pursuing certification in this modality.
